Opportunities to Shine
Through the IAP, you can access opportunities to grow your career, whether you’re an artist, a working professional, or simply eager to keep learning. These include live shows, networking opportunities, internships, workshops, and more.
Career development and upskilling opportunities can be applied for directly, while performance opportunities are selected from the pool of EPK submissions, which open every quarter. Alumni are encouraged to update their EPKs regularly with new show information and releases to increase their chances of being selected.
Opportunities are limited, so book a 1-on-1 session to plan your path and build a tailored independent plan. We also encourage alumni to share new opportunities via the WhatsApp Community.

Performance
Gain real-world gig experience. Submit your updated EPK to be considered, selected artists will be contacted directly.
Career Development
Gain experience through gig-work or entry-level roles. Candidates are selected on their quality of motivation, experience & initiative.
Upskilling
Build skills and connections through workshops & training. Aimed at motivated and consistently engaged participants.
